EXTENDABLE BELT CONVEYOR

The Extendable Belt Conveyor is a telescoping conveyor which provides optimal reach when extended and maximizes space in a facility when retracted. Extendable conveyors are commonly used in manual loading and unloading at the dock door as well as automated loading and unloading when coupled with other machines. These conveyors can be tailored to meet customer’s specific needs for various application requirements, increasing operation efficiency and reducing risk of injury. Industries that take advantage of extendable belt conveyors include warehousing & distribution, and manufacturing such as stamping.

OPTIONS & ACCESSORIES

Raised Belt Transfer – Packages are automatically lifted off the belt reducing product damage and provides a transition for packages from the unloader to the takeaway systems.

Traversing System – Service multiple dock doors with a single conveyor. The traversing system attaches to the base of the conveyor and provides side to side mobility.

Variable Height Legs – Choose from a variety of different actuation methods to allow one or both ends of the extendable conveyor to have ability to change desired elevations. The variable height option is designed to assist with transferring packages ergonomically to or from the conveyor at the proper height with ease.
