ConveyX Solutions, LLC (CXL) Power Assist is an economical option to ease the movement of Powered Flex Conveyors in and out of trailers, reposition for convenient access or return to a storage location.

STANDARD FEATURES

  • Utilizes a single point of contact to maximize maneuverability of the conveyor
  • Bolted and welded construction for ease of installation, maintenance, and durability
  • Works with CXL Powered Flex Conveyor
  • Simple forward/reverse controls
  • Integrated with a Power Flex Conveyor for seamless controls and operation
  • Can be attached/detached from Powered Flex Conveyor to service multiple conveyors and dock doors (tools required)

OPTIONS & ACCESSORIES

Backstops – Prevent products from falling off conveyor as they are pushed across multiple lanes

End Stops – Mounted on the end of a Gravity Mod-LinX to allow product accumulation

Flex Conveyors – Flexible, expandable conveyors that can move from door to door for easy unload and load

Herringbones – Assist with product flow by centering packages from both sides

Lift Gates – Gates can be used to provide an egress for associates through long stretches of conveyor

Power Masts – Keeps vertical power drop cabling contained and organized

Side Guides – Guides are 4″ tall, 12 GA formed steel channel with flared ends to maintain product flow

Skews – Assist with product flow by centering packages from one side of the conveyor
