CXL offers the Gravity Roller Flex, designed for high-volume unit handling applications with a capacity of up to 400 pounds per linear foot. This conveyor is built to expand, contract, flex, and move to meet the specific needs of any operation. It can function as a standalone unit or integrate seamlessly with other conveyor systems. Portable and durable, the Gravity Roller Flex offers exceptional utility and versatility for distribution centers, retail stores, manufacturing, assembly, and processing facilities.

STANDARD FEATURES

  • Flexible design makes this conveyor ideal for packing, shipping/receiving and temporary assembly lines.
  • Easily move, reposition and compress to optimize floor space.
  • Free-spinning rollers allow products and packages to be moved manually with minimal effort.
  • Load capacity – up to 400 lbs per linear foot.
  • Adjustable leg supports to meet a variety of height requirements for the proper material flow.
  • Includes swivel casters with brakes on every other leg for easy transport.
  • Package End Stop prevents packages from falling off the end of the conveyor and pivots down out of the way when not in use.

OPTIONS & ACCESSORIES

Floor Guide – Move the Flex Conveyor in and out of storage with ease.

Impact Cart – Inserted at infeed end of the conveyor, it is designed to handle package impact reducing the need for continual repairs to the conveyor.

Centering Transition – Assists in moving packages from the feed line to the Flex Conveyor. This option aligns packages toward the center of the Flex Conveyor.
